Our online store is designed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data that is made available to us as a benefit of our services, will be shared with this party. 

Lightspeed has access to your data to give us (technical) support, they will never use your information for a different purpose.

On the basis of the specific agreement which we have concluded with them, Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures. 

These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy.

Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information relating to your use of the software, no personal information or statistics will be collected and/or stored.  Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within the group to improve the services.

 

E-mail and mailing lists

We send our e-mail newsletters with Mail Chimp. Mail Chimp will never use your name and e-mail address for private purposes. At the bottom of each e-mail that is sent automated through our website, you can see the 'Unsubscribe' link. You will not receive our newsletter anymore. Your personal data are safely protected by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that have insight into if e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to modify your data for the further improvement of the service and in the context of sharing information with third parties.

 

Transip

For our regular business e-mail traffic, we make use of the services of Transip. This party has put appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as far as possible. Transip does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

 

Payment processors

 

Mollie

For the handling of (part of) the payments in our store, we make use of the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, city information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has put appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve the services and in the context of (anonymous) information to share with third parties. All of the above with regard to the protection of your personal data shall also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties.

Mollie will not store your data longer than allowed on the basis of the statutory time limits.

If you place an order with us, it is our task to deliver your package to you. We make use of the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. To keep track of our administration and accounting, we make use of the services of Amstenrade-Advies. We may share your name and address data and details concerning your order. This information will be used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data are sent and stored protected. Amstenrade-Advies is sworn to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Amstenrade-Advies will not use your personal data for purposes other than described above.
